Early this year we launched a podcast called ‘15 Minutes With‘, designed to speak with industry leaders from different backgrounds in short, sharp episodes that could be of interest to almost anybody.

What followed was amazing enthusiasm by speakers to get involved, and we wrapped up our first season with some seriously impressive guest speakers gracing our lineup. This included guests from Meta, Spotify, Booking.com, Fruugo, Forbes Influencers, Research Psychologists, Tik Tok Influencer & Ms Great Britain, Business Leaders from Deloitte & Accenture, FutureLearn & McDonalds Social Media experts.

And as excited as we are now to prepare a very very exciting lineup for Season 2 next year, we decided that the content on Season 1 was too good to just move on from. So we created a companion book to accompany the podcast, now published on Amazon.

‘How to Give Your Customers the Ultimate in Experience’ was born. It combines the honesty, learnings, insights and tips from all of our guest speakers and preserves the tone of voice of each of our podcast guests. The result is a readable, enjoyable and practical guide to making more informed and successful decisions in business.
