With us all working at from home it can sometimes be hard to separate work from home life and vice versa.

So, I’ve done a little digging and come up with a few ways that we can all take a step back and do something a little fun and who knows, maybe learn a thing or two along the way. There are a few different things to try out, covering a range of different activities and I’d love to hear if you try any of them out.

We all love learning something new right? Well I certainly do, and sometimes it can be hard to find really valuable content on things that are a little out of the ordinary. Step in MasterClass.

MasterClass has collected some of the greatest and most valued people in their industry to teach us usable skills in a new format. Each MasterClass is made up of video modules that take you through a series of classes teaching you things like photography with Annie Leibovitz, writing with James Patterson, filmmaking with Martin Scorsese and cooking with Gordon Ramsey to name just a few.

There are also a number of fantastic articles on the site filled with tips and recipes that you can take advantage of.

It’s not cheap but right now there is an offer to buy one annual subscription and share another so if there are two of you who want to take advantage of this amazing service, you’ll be getting it half off. You can also sign up to sample some of the classes right on the homepage.

Take a look at the video and jump over to their site to explore what they have to offer.

Who doesn’t like taking part in a quiz? They’re a great way to have a bit of fun and it’s something that you can get the whole family involved in. Thankfully the team over at The Pub Quiz Company have done us all a solid and taken their quizzes online.

Here’s what they had to say:

“Obviously the Country is going through a bit of a rough patch, pubs are closed, people aren’t allowed out because they have been grounded by Boris Johnson and boredom is setting in.

We’ve had hundreds of messages (bit of a lie, we had a few) from people who miss their regular quiz nights and seeing as we are now unemployed and have all the time in the world to potter about and make stuff that breaks we thought we’d do something about it.

So every Wednesday at 8pm we are hosting our little online quiz, it’s free to enter and there are no prizes (we have no money) but it might help ease the boredom of being grounded.”

Head over the the site to take a look at what’s on offer and why not get involved tomorrow.
