To that end Eclipse has evolved its own resourcing capabilities around a number
of core competencies in software, software application delivery, infrastructure
management and role out-tasking, through to full outsourcing. Eclipse is early to
market with its ITaaS (IT as a Service) philosophy and models which combine traditional
IT delivery and support operations with its SaaS (Software as a Service) model to
deliver highly aligned IT delivery and costs matched to business upturn and downturn
