A global logistics client operates in over 200 countries. They transport goods and documents around the world with a focus on time-certain and/or day-certain delivery.

Customer rate agreements could take weeks to process; this was impacting customer service levels and profitability. Eclipse’s analysts established the existing workflow, implemented new technology allowing remote and mobile authorisation and designed a dashboard view to manage the overall process. This reduced the time to activate a new agreement from weeks to hours.
