Eclipse History
Eclipse is a specialist Information Systems company focused on the provision of
service led sourcing and IT solutions. Operating from Hinckley, Leicestershire,
it has been trading since 1996 and has successfully built delivery models that
develop strong and long-lasting relationships with its clients which range from
large and complex corporates to SMEs.
With its heritage based in the provision of IT skills, Eclipse delivers both Software
Application services (design, delivery and support) and Infrastructure services
(procurement, hosting, availability, security, network monitoring, support desk,
maintenance etc.) tailored to our clients environment. Eclipse has evolved a number
of out-tasked and outsourced support models under its “IT as a Service”
philosophy.
Through its subsidiary company,
Eclipse Personnel Limited, Eclipse can also provide highly flexible, economic
and responsive IT skills resourcing that means it can operate as a full service Technology
Partner that supports the shifts in internal IT profiles as business pressures
continue to demand change.
Eclipse operates according to its mission statement “To help our clients achieve
their business objectives by providing the best possible service in the delivery
of Information Technology solutions”. Eclipse’s view of success is to be considered
an extension of a company’s internal resources and to develop through valued added
services.
