Steve Carter - Managing Director
Steve is the Managing Director of Eclipse and was its co-founder.
He has been involved in the IT industry for 30 years having worked for a number
of large Midlands based companies such as TNT Worldwide Express, IBM and Jaguar
Cars.
Initially working directly in IT as a programmer, analyst and systems programmer,
Steve moved into sales and business development with Software Personnel in 1990.
Eclipse was formed in 1996 and Steve has successfully developed the original IT
recruitment business into an established IT services and support company.
Alan Schofield - Director, Operations
Alan is responsible for all aspects of operations and delivery within Eclipse.
Alan has over 30 years experience of delivering systems, principally in the automotive, logistics, telecommunications, public sector, financial services, distribution and warehouse sectors.
Prior to joining Eclipse in 2000, Alan had senior technical and management roles in leading companies such as TNT, Peugeot, AGCO, BT and Jaguar.
Nicola Fox - Director, Finance and Administration
Nicola joined Eclipse as the Management Accountant in January 2008. Nicola manages the finance and administration processes of the business including the reporting of the monthly results to the HRGO head office.
She was appointed Director of Finance and Administration in September 2009.
Prior to joining Eclipse Nicola spent 10 years at Boots The Chemists head office based in Nottingham performing a variety of financial and commercial accounting roles.
Sue Liburd - Sales Manager
Sue joined Eclipse in 2008 from T-Systems where she was client executive for some
of T-Systems premier clients. With a successful Sales career in the IT industry
spanning over 20 years Sue has deep expertise of businesses infrastructure and application
outsourcing operations.
Prior to T-Systems Sue's focus was in the manufacturing and engineering sectors,
specialising in Aerospace and Automotive supply chains. This enables her to bring
a business process perspective in addition to the pure IT benefits that can be gained
by working with a knowledgeable technology partner.
Sue heads the Eclipse Sales team and outside of Eclipse enjoys football and watching
her premier league nephew play......!
