Customer rate agreements could take weeks to process; this was impacting customer service levels and profitability.  Eclipse’s analysts established the existing workflow, implemented new technology allowing remote and mobile authorisation and designed a dashboard view to manage the overall process.  This reduced the time to activate a new agreement from weeks to hours.

HR GO are a national network of recruitment businesses with over 50 offices and 200 staff. They were facing multiple issues owing to lack of standards and control.


Eclipse delivered a standard desktop, rationalised the servers and improved remote working. The result was improved reliability as the result of the updated communications infrastructure allowing HR GO to concentrate on recruitment, while achieving cost savings through employing the economies of scale.
