Rapid Application Development (RAD) a framework to reduce lead times for smaller scale requirements. Waterfall to offer a stricter approach for fixed-price projects requiring close management of risk. Agile for small to medium sized projects where the client wishes to take a collaborative approach to development. Mostly we use the Unified Process. This works well for larger projects, but retains the flexibility and adaptability of an agile approach.
